A Parker domnick hunter DBA Series Blower Purge Dryer will effectively remove these contaminants within a compressed air system. The traditional adsorption principle used in this design is simple, robust and flexible using compressed air for regeneration therefore eliminating any need for an outside energy supply.
A Parker domnick hunter DHA Series Externally Heated Desiccant Air Dryer will effectively remove these contaminants from your compressed air system. The traditional adsorption principle used in this design is simple, robust and flexible. Continuous drying is accomplished by the operation of two desiccant towers. Compressed air is dried through one tower while the other desiccant tower is being regenerated. The regeneration heating cycle of desiccant is accomplished using a dry air purge flow heated by an external electric heater. The regeneration cooling cycle is performed using the same flow of dry compressed air taken from the dryer outlet to ensure continuous dewpoint performance..

The Parker domnick hunter PNEUDRI MiDAS range of desiccant point of use dryers offers the user uncompromised performance from a dedicated "point of use" Clean Dry Air system. It is easy to install and will transform an ordinary process into a highly reliable and efficient production operation.
Compressed air contamination problems can be simply avoided by installing a Parker domnick hunter PNEUDRI MIDIplus High Efficiency Desiccant Air Dryer package fitted with OIL-X EVOLUTION compressed air filtration. The desiccant air dryer systems are suitable for use with any compressor type and are suited to point of use dryer applications.
Using patented Parker domnick hunter technology, PNEUDRI MX Heatless Desiccant Air Dryers for flows of 240 scfm and larger provide the ultimate in clean and dry compressed air.
The Parker domnick hunter DNC Series Non-Cycling Refrigerated Dryer Range offers you energy savings, clean dry air, reliability and a standard OIL-X EVOLUTION High Efficiency Pre-Filter in one complete package.
PoleStar Smart Refrigerated Air Dryers actively remove condensate to achieve extremely dry compressed air.
Our SmartPack heat exchanger offers minimal pressure drops and class leading performance, and significantly increases the efficiency of the whole compressed air treatment process. The innovative SmartControl function automatically and continuously adjusts PoleStar Smart Refrigerated Air Dryer's operation to the effective working conditions, minimizing operating costs and maximizing performances.
In industrial applications, operational requirements vary widely and flexibility is a key factor. Using advanced technology, domnick hunter PRD Series Non-Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryers guarantee continuous performance and superior efficiency in every type of situation. It can be easily adapted to all working conditions, maintaining impeccable dewpoint control and the lowest possible operating conditions.
Clean, dry compressed air is as vitally important to a small manufacturing company as it is to the largest of production facilities. Parker domnick hunter has designed a dedicated line of high temperature (up to 200°F (93°C)) refrigerated air dryers for these smaller, critical applications. The ZDHHT High Temperature Refrigerated Air Dryer eliminates the need for a separate aftercooler, moisture separator and particulate filter. It is ideal for body shops, paint booths or wherever a high temperature dryer is required.
After the oily condensate has been efficiently removed from the compressed air system it cannot be discharged directly to the foul sewer without first having the oil content reduced to within legal disposal limits. Parker domnick hunter ES2000 Series Oil / Water Separators are a simple, economical and environmental solution.
ES2000 Series Oil / water separators are installed as part of the compressed air system and simply reduce the oil concentration in the collected condensate to a level permitted, for discharge. This allows the larger volume of clean water, up to 99.9% of the total condensate, to be discharged safely into the foul sewer and the relatively small amount of concentrated oil to be disposed of legitimately and economically

The Parker domnick hunter BA-DME Breathing Air Purifier System consists of several stages of contaminant removal. The use of adsorption materials, namely activated desiccant and carbon removes water vapour and oil vapour/odours respectively. The desiccant material is contained in a pressure swing adsorption dryer that delivers a constant pressure dewpoint of -40°F (-40°C). Downstream of the desiccant dryer, a catalyst converts carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide by catalytic conversion. A final dust filter captures any particulates carried over from the adsorption materials. The BA-DME Breathing Air Purifier System removes the following contaminants: solid particles, oil mists, oil vapours, odours and fumes, water mists, water vapour, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
