We have a team of industry experts in the fields of air compressors and blowers, air dryers, air audits and nitrogen generation. We are a hard-working, knowledgeable team ready to assist you with all your compressed air needs.


Our Management Team


My name is John Dossey and I am the CEO of Aggressive Air Solutions. I have an extensive background in industrial technology and telecommunication engineering coupled with a strong skillset in the compressed air industry.

My entrepreneurial spirit led me to start Hospitality Operators, in El Salvador, a telecommunication company.  Although I enjoyed the entrepreneurial part of leading my own company, the telecommunication industry wasn't the right fit. I therefore turned my education focus to industrial technology. In 2005 I found my calling as a service engineer for Domnick Hunter, the Global leader in Air Treatment. Following Domnick Hunters acquisition by Parker Hannifian, I became the lead service engineer and corporate trainer for all Domnick Hunter dryer product lines.

In 2014, I decided it was time to move back into owning and leading my own business and I opened Aggressive Air Solutions. 

With an initial focus primarily on Nitrogen systems, we have now branched out into a full compressor house, offering sales and service for all your compressed air needs.

My name is Michael Gorman and I’m the Operations Manager for Aggressive Air Solutions. I have extensive experience in operations management, electronics diagnostics, and mechanical production. In addition to an AAS in telecommunications, I hold a BS in Industrial Technology, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

At Aggressive Air Solutions, we are striving to build our reputation on our service and support.  The goal of Aggressive Air Solutions is to have customer service that is not just the best but legendary.

Our Service team

My name is Scott Elliott and I have been in the compressed air industry for three years.  I am well acquainted with rotary screw and reciprocating compressors.

I have attended two air academy classes, one for electrical diagnostics, and the other for product knowledge of Quincy Compressors, and received certifications from each. I have extensive knowledge on Quincy Compressor units and can work on both products lines, rotary screw and reciprocating.

Before my compressor journey began I was a certified diesel tech for the Union Pacific and BNSF railroads. I have always been mechanically inclined and work extremely well under pressure.

At Aggressive Air Solutions, every contact we have with a customer influences whether or not they’ll come back. We have to be great every time or we’ll lose them.
