Chicago Pneumatic Air Dryers and Air Accessories

Chicago PneumaticDryers

CP Compressors offers a complete line of refrigerated, high temperature and regenerative dryers in order to efficiently and effectively remove condensate from the compressed air.

CPX – Refrigerated air dryers

CPX – Refrigerated air dryers

Sized to handle 12 to 2966 CFM, the CPX dryers fit any application. Extremely quiet and reliable, CPX dryers deliver dry air with minimal pressure drop.

CPXHT – High temp dryers

CPXHT – High temp dryers

A perfect complement to the RCP. With a maximum inlet temperature of 180°F, no aftercooler is required.

CPAD/CPADM Series – Absolutely dry air

CPAD/CPADM Series – Absolutely dry air

Saturated compressed air enters the dryer and passes over the desiccant, where moisture in the air is adsorbed onto the desiccant beads providing dew points of at least -40°F.

To protect your investment, equipment and processes, CP Compressors has developed a complete range of particulate, coalescing and adsorbing filters which efficiently reduce all types of contamination with minimal pressure drop. The innovative filtration solutions will suit the high quality air requirements of your specific process, while protecting your equipment and compressed air network from harmful contaminants.
These polluting agents, interacting among each other, may generate abrasive and corrosive emulsions able to damage the distribution lines, the pneumatic devices and the product itself.

Particulate & dust filters – Reliable filtration for superior system protections

The particulate filter uses the Yellow P element to filter large particulates that originate in the ambient environment. The dust filter uses the Green D element to act as a particulate that removes 1 micron particulates.

The standard coalescing filter uses the Green M element and provides a reliable filter for overall filtration.

Adsorbing – Reliable filtration for superior system protections

The adsorbing filter uses the Silver A element and represents the filter that is not able to remove particulates, but is able to remove vapor and odors.

Condensate Treatment

Removal of containment in compressed air condensate.

Compressed air contains dust particles and humidity from the environment, as well as compressor oil.
At the end of the compressor process, when the air is cooled down, contaminated condensate is generated.
Current legislation requires condensate treatment before disposal.

During the compression process, contaminants such as dust particles and water vapour from the atmospheric air are mixed with the hot oil.
The Chicago Pneumatic CPP range enables the separation and removal of this contamination, so the water can simply be discharged on site into the wastepipe.
